What to think about the f.e. recent new Fundamental Basic Lawcode adopted in Egypt, For to day application but… which should expressively remain for their application in accordance with Sharia principles, defined clearly in their full traditional dogmatic Sunni scope in this document , to be solely judged by the Islamic university Al-Azhar) in Cairo???? A striking example of modern application of the traditional Taqiyia ( misleading concept)????
In the mean time ,with nowadays a mixed population, how can one uphold a system , f.e; in Egypt, without going to the dhimmi system, which was in fact a non guaranteed right to live it’s own and communal life under his own religious rules, against payment and acceptance of quite a lot of discrimination.( for non Muslims of course excluding verbally agnostics, heathen, who were and are still left non existent.)) Not to forget the non believers, category absent in the old days but getting stronger in number and completely ignored in this new Basic Statute Law.?

A striking element , that is generally nowhere contested in the Muslim world, is the fact of the very radical change from a case law to a statute law( putting Islamic law in danger of losing the flexibility typical of case law ). This is also very remarkably accepted by the Muslimbrothers with their newly Fundamental Statute Law.

A discussions on this topic with fundamentalists or Academical trained people working at Muslim Universities or at departments sponsored by the classical traditionalist Muslim states – is a waste of time as they stick to the traditional formulated dogmas on this topic, refuting all Western academical research results as anti Muslim propaganda.. Unfortunately even the western academical circles are not free from dogmatic point of views. A critical sense that should accompany all results of study and research is sometimes difficult to sense through the papers and arguments. Fundamentalist oriented researchers( religious as well as atheistic oriented, seem only to be interested to proof beyond doubt their dogmas refuting automatically any other point of view.
It is typical that a more a less reliable source of basic information: Wikipedia is rarely consulted before entering into a discussion.

Il serait intéressant de savoir quel pourcentage de la population tunisienne représentent ces extrémistes de tous poils. Si ce pourcentage est faible (ce que je pense) comment une minorité d’excités peut-elle dicter sa loi à tout un peuple ? Il me semble peu probable que le peuple tunisien accepte une telle régression… et le grand balancier de l’Histoire atteindra bientôt son point d’équilibre.
